US-based Bangladeshi IT Platform Airwrk Launches Its Beta Program 

On March 26, Airwrk, a fresh new Bangladeshi IT talent platform based in the United States, officially began its beta program. Airwrk is an invite-only tech marketplace that promotes local IT expertise. It has a tight verification procedure that enables only the best talent to join. 

The portal promises to match Bangladeshi computer professionals with full-time remote employment from across the world. It will also enable multinational startups to go remote with end-to-end remote team creation and management tools.

The platform, according to Airwrk co-founders Rashedul Kabir and Sayem Faruk, aims to provide startups with not only a pool of pre-vetted candidates for hiring, but also payroll and benefits management, co-working space rentals, remote team management SaaS tools, and anything else a startup needs to successfully set up a remote team in Bangladesh.

Airwrk previously won DataBird LaunchPad 2021 and is a member of the 7th Batch of GrameenPhone Accelerator. The firm has already put two employees in the United States and is presently soliciting funds to expand its operations with a pre-seed round.
