Category of the Job: Human Resources/ Organizational Development (Full-time)

Eligibilities:

• Graduates (who graduated no earlier than December 2019) or Graduates-to-be by December 2020 from any discipline can apply

• Bangladeshi students graduating from foreign universities from any discipline (by December 2020) can apply

• Recent graduates who have some work experience (less than six months) can apply

• Active participants in extracurricular activities throughout academic years

• Must have a minimum CGPA of 3.00 or equivalent grades

• Proactive, good at communication, punctual, analytical, agile, quick learner and holds a leadership outlook

Assessment

The assessment for selection will be done in three stages which are- Online, Digital (center comprising group & individual exercises), and Final Interview (with members of the Management Committee)
